The Peak Finance is introducing casino investment, car leasing/financing, buy and sell properties and/or vehicles and crypto asset-related schemes.

As advertised in its website, The Peak Finance Consultancy Services also promises investors 25 percent interest from initial contribution in 35-45 days, 500 percent interest from initial contribution in one year for cryptocurrency, 120 percent interest from initial contribution in six months for property lock-in, 80 percent interest from initial contribution in three months for property lock-in, 20 percent interest from initial contribution in 35-45 days, and 300 percent interest from initial contribution in one year for cryptocurrency.

“The public is hereby informed that The Peak Finance/The Peak Finance Consultancy Services is not registered with the Commission and is not authorized to solicit investments from the public, not having secured prior registration and/or license to sell securities or solicit investments as prescribed under Section 8 of the Securities Regulation Code,” the SEC said.

ASJ Forex, meanwhile, has been found to be offering investments to the public with a minimum of $30 which shall earn eight percent up to 20 percent daily of trade amount.

Investors are also told that they can earn from referral commission – four percent, eight percent, and 16 percent.

ASJ Forex is not registered with the commission either as a corporation or as a partnership, and is not authorized to solicit investments from the public since it has not secured prior registration and/or license.

The public is advised by the SEC to exercise caution in dealing with any individuals or group of persons soliciting investments for and on behalf of The Peak Finance, as well as those offering and selling securities for and on behalf of ASJ Forex.
