Loyalty pays off: Margarita Fores honors staff who’ve stayed with Cibo since ’97

Celebrity chef Margarita Fores put the spotlight on two of her most loyal employees, who have been with her since starting the Italian restaurant Cibo in 1997.

On Cibo’s 25th year, Fores shared photos of Joy Gauma, who started as a food dispatcher and now heads food quality assurance across the company.

She also honored architect Jorge Yulo, whose company designed Cibo’s first-ever store in Glorietta 3 in Makati.

“CIBO doesn’t reach 25 years without the people behind it.

Grazie mille to Joy and the entire CIBO famiglia for keeping us going!,” Fores wrote.
