Former beauty queen Maggie Wilson’s legal woes are piling up as she revealed that more cases have been filed against her by estranged husband Victor Consunji.
Wilson didn’t disclose the nature of the new charges but said the past six weeks had been “extremely exhausting.”
“It’s been an extremely exhausting six weeks on my emotional and mental well-being as further legal cases have been filed against me over the weekend while he was busy #livinghisbestlife that again have no grounds,” Wilson wrote in her Instagram stories Friday (August 19).
The former beauty queen’s hashtag was a shade at Consunji, who supposedly mocked her while on vacation in Amanpulo with alleged new girlfriend Rachel Carrasco.
Wilson, along with friend and rumored new beau Tim Connor, is facing three counts of adultery as Consunji claimed she had been sleeping with the Thai-British businessman even if they have not been annulled.
Wilson and Consunji announced their separation in September 2021. The adultery charges were filed in July this year before a Taguig court.
True to her beauty queen nature, Wilson framed her legal woes as a representative of the struggles of Filipinas.
“Still, I am fighting and will continue to do so with everything I’ve got for myself and, more importantly, Filipino women and children,” she said. “Until I am in the ground, six feet under, I will make it my personal mission to pursue these causes for a country I hold so dear to my heart.”
