Ricky Razon launches app for digital monitoring of ICTSI’s port operations

International Container Terminal Services Inc. of ultra bilyonaryo Enrique K. Razon has launched a digital application aimed at improving customer experience and making it easier to do business with the company.

The newly-launched ICTSI App grants port users real-time access to critical logistics data across the port operator’s global operations.

By using the app, ICTSI said port stakeholders can monitor trucks, containers and vessels, and receive updates via email or SMS for every development on the container, truck or vessel being monitored.

The app also enables users to leverage native device-sharing capabilities to send information directly to the users’ customers.

ICTSI said users can likewise access payment estimates for their transactions and make online payments across a growing number of terminals using the app.

Following the initial launch in the Philippines, where the company is headquartered, ICTSI said it is fast-tracking the rollout of these services across every ICTSI terminal.

“As the largest independent port operator across six continents, ICTSI is leveraging digital platforms to bring new levels of interactivity and supply chain visibility to our stakeholders,” ICTSI Group chief information officer Brian Hibbert said.

The latest innovation is the result of ICTSI’s multi-year investment in an advanced underlying global digital platform that consolidates data and services across the group.
