Helen Yuchengco-Dee poaches Shang’s property manager to lead House of Investments real estate expansion

House of Investments (HI) chaired by bilyonaryo Helen Yuchengco-Dee is beefing up its C-Suite as it expands its property portfolio.

HI hired Julio Jude “JJ” Teodoro Montinola as vice president of property effective August 1, 2022.

Montinola has been property management head of Shang Properties for the last three years.

HI described the De La Salle University alum as “an accomplished project driver with a proven ability to conceptualize, develop and execute business development activities that support corporate and financial objectives.”

In his 30 years work experience, Montinola had stints in Roxas & Co., Balibago Waterworks, Ayala Land, SM Land, Greenfield Development, Robinsons Land and Jaka Investments.

HI recently purchased the A.T. Yuchengco Centre, a 34-storey tower in Bonifacio Global City, from RCBC for P6.065 billion to diversify its revenues.
