Bibingka made it to Taste Atlas’ latest list of 100 Most Popular Cakes in the World.
It even made the cutoff for the Top 50 as it landed on 49th place.
Unfortunately, it was the only native Filipino cake on the list of other delectable international treats but it stood its ground in impressing with its delicious flavor using only simple ingredients like flour, eggs, coconut milk, butter, cheese and coconut.
