Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista is taking a page from the playbook of his former employer, flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL), when it comes to running the agency.

“Today, at the Department of Transportation, our utmost priority is extending safe, comfortable, affordable and accessible travel to all passengers,” he said.
