A Gotianun-Consunji millennial heir has loaded up his holdings in Filinvest REIT (FILRT).
Francis Nathaniel Consunji Gotianun acquired a total of 414,900 FILRT shares at a price range of P6.79 to P6.80 from July 4 to 7. Francis previously only had two shares under his name.
FILRT shares are currently on a two-month slide and trading below their initial public offering price of P7 pegged in August 2021.
Francis is the son of bilyonaryo couple Jonathan Gotianun of the Filinvest group and Cristina Consunji of DMCI.
The 38-year old is senior vice president of Filinvest Hospitality which built and operated Crimson Hotels and Resorts, Quest Hotels, and Azure Beach Resort.
FRancis, who has a Commerce degree from University of Virginia an MBA from IESE Business School – University of Navarra, currently sits on the board FILRT and Filinvest Land.
