Consunjis build upscale condo in Makati

DMCI Homes, the property arm of the bilyonaryo Consunji family, is gearing up for the development of a 36-storey residential tower under its premium brand Exclusive.

Targeted for launch this month, Fortis Residences is located along Chino Roces Avenue in Makati City, which is seen to be Makati’s next center of commerce, cultural hub and recreational zone because of its accessible transport links.

Fortis Residences will offer first-rate amenities to cater to the needs of the buyers’ ever-changing lifestyle priorities.

A mixed use building featuring office, retail and commercial space will also be built adjacent to Fortis Residences to ensure that all conveniences of modern living are within easy reach.

Fortis Residences will be DMCI Homes’ second project under the Exclusive brand after Oak Harbor Residences, which is located in Asiaworld City, Paranaque.

The project will make use of the Lumiventt Design Technology, a design innovation that brings abundant natural light and fresh air to the condominium.

DMCI Homes is working on securing green building certifications for the project.
