Chocolate master Amaury Guichon paid tribute to the Fourth of July in the most wonderful way.
The founder of the Pastry Academy created a seven-foot, 115-pound chocolate version of the Statue of Liberty to commemorate the symbol of friendship between the French and the Americans.
Guichon said he always considered the Fourth of July a very special and unique holiday that holds a lot of meaning for him because he was an immigrant who was embraced by the US.
He said he came to America nine years ago and became a full citizen in 2021.
