Bilyonaryo Dennis Anthony Uy has expressed gratitude to Valenzuela Mayor Rex Gatchalian even after the local executive railed at Converge’s poor service in his city.
Gatchalian Converge of using the city as a scapegoat for slow repairs, claiming that the company was blaming Valenzuela’s window hours for public works.
To clarify….@Converge_CSU stop blaming the city for your incompetence!
We always allow repairs… pic.twitter.com/PU1NseJj9M

Uy set the record straight and said that 75% of service ports in the city are back online.
“We hope to avoid this service disruption in the future through closer coordination with the @DPWHph and other relevant government agencies,” the Converge founder said.
“Thank you again for your help and support, Mayor @rex_gatchalian. We will continue doing better to further improve our services.”
