It was a blessing!
Rica Tantoco de Jesus was so relieved when she got to the LTO office located on the 2nd floor of The Link in Ayala Center, Makati.
She initially went to the LTO office at Paseo Center to renew her driver’s license but unfortunately, the machine there wasn’t working.
She was told to go to the branch located at The Link and what a relief! When they got there, the place was empty. Apparently, this office used to be located at the LRT station but it was moved and not so many people know about it.
Rica likes that the waiting area is open. She got the job done in a breeze.
