Philippine Seven Corp. (SEVN) president and CEO Jose Victor Paterno picked up the shares sold by his sister, Ma. Cristina.
Victor bought 150,000 SEVN shares on May 24 from Cristina at P55 per share, its lowest since October 2015.
Victor increased his stake to 2.2 percent worth P890 million while Cristina shaved her holdings to 1.73 percent or P705 million.
SEVN chairman and bilyonaryo Jose T. Pardo is the uncle of Victor and Cristina.
