Ultra bilyonaryo Lucio Tan’s PAL won the Asia Pacific Restructuring Deal of the Year from Airline Economics magazine as well as the AirFinance Journal Deal of the Year award for its pre-negotiated Chapter 11 restructuring agreements last year.
