The Crazy Rich Asians’ author and Hollywood producer respectively visited the country upon the invitation of Tourism Secretary Berna Romulo-Puyat to be speakers for the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) Global Summit.
According to Berna, it’s Kevin’s fourth time while it’s Lawrence’s first time in the Philippines.
“I’m hoping they choose the Philippines as their next filming location, especially after they extended their original 2-day trip to 8 days,” she said.
