Can’t get enough of Singapore Hawkers?
Singapore Airlines offers First Class and Business Class passengers a chance to experience the country’s beloved Hawker food on board each flight.
According to their post, among the menu offerings are Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded Teochew-style Bak Kut Teh (pork ribs soup) by Song Fa Bak Kut Teh. The dish is lovingly simmered till tender, tucked into the heady combination of peppery broth and meaty ribs.
There are other dishes on offer from local heritage brands on flights departing from Singapore.
