Asticom Group of Companies is exploring strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions to expand its portfolio of businesses.
Asticom president and CEO Mharicar Castillo-Reyes said they were in talks with a number of private firms.
“We’re making sure that we find the right strategic partners that will help us grow the business and add value to the solutions we offer to address the needs of our customers,” she said.
Reyes said there are a lot of potential partnerships across the different companies under Asticom.
FINSI, a local solutions provider of engineering and enablement services for the telecom and technology industries, is in discussions with several companies for joint ventures with the main goal of increasing capabilities and growing the business.
Asti Business Services Inc., a business process solutions company, is also eyeing more strategic partnerships both in and outside of the country as it eyes to capture more businesses in the Asia Pacific region.
Last year, Asticom acquired HCX Technology Partners Inc. from Ayala Corp. to enhance and augment its human resource and digital technology solutions.
