Gretchen Barretto is eager to prove her allegation that Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa is betting on online cockfighting matches despite his vehement denial.
Barretto fired at Dela Rosa in a series of Instagram posts, hinting that she has evidence on the e-sabong bets that the senator placed.
“Tumatalpak kasi si Bato na ito, e. Bato, ilabas natin yung mga talpak mo kaya,” the partner of businessman Tonyboy Cojuangco said.
“”I am very willing to present evidence to you of my so called accusations Bato dela rosa . In front of media Time & place? Hurry pls,” Barretto added.
As of Wednesday evening, however, Barretto’s Instagram account has been deleted.
Dela Rosa is leading the Senate investigation on the 34 missing cockfighting enthusiasts, some of whom were last found alive in cockpits owned by Barretto’s business partner, gambling tycoon Charlie “Atong” Ang.
Barretto recently urged Dela Rosa to “stop grandstanding” and criticized the senator for wearing a luxury timepiece.
Dela Rosa, however, shrugged off the socialite’s tirade.
“Yung unang-una sabi niya mahal daw yung relo ko. Bakit siya lang ba may karapatan na magsuot ng P85K na halaga ng Tag Heuer na relo?” he said.
