Tolentino made the appeal during the Senate investigation on the disappearance of 31 cockfighters from a Manila cockpit operated by Lucky 8-Pitmasters, the e-Sabong franchise of gaming tycoon Atong Ang.
The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. has agreed to suspend operations of its seven e-Sabong licensees, including Lucky 8-Pitmasters, after it gets the consent of President Rodrigo Duterte.

“Dapat po siguro si GCash pumayag din na alisin doon sa kanilang menu ng pagbabayad yung e-sabong kase baka may sumulpot nanaman na illegal na operator na pwedeng saluhin itong operation na ginagawa ng ating ipapa-suspend ngayon,” said Tolentino.
