Gokongwei heirs get their inheritance: Lance, Robina, Lisa collect P411M in JG Summit, URC stocks

The Gokongweis received a bounty of stocks following the settlement of the estate of their departed parents.

Lance, Robina and Lisa each got 2.02 million shares of the family’s holding company, JG Summit.

The combined shares have a market value of P359 million.

Lance, the only son in the brood, got an extra 413,234 shares of Universal Robina Corp. with a current market value of P52 million.

The inheritance was distributed more than two years after the passing of the family patriarch, taipan John Gokongwei, and his wife, Elizabeth. The couple died just days apart from each other in November 2019.
