In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), FEU said it has signed a joint venture for the project with Brunei’s Ministry of Health (MoH) and privately-owned Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) on 24 January 2022.

FEU said the JV covered the establishment, management and operation of the private nursing school.
