Shangri La Mactan is still recovering from the damages brought on by Typhoon Odette so guests need to wait until the end of this month to know when it’s going to reopen.
In a statement, Shangri-La Mactan said guests who had previously booked reservations would be contacted regarding rebooking options.
For those who booked through third party channels, the resort advised to contact the agents for rebooking assistance.
The upscale hotel apologized in advance for possible delays in the processing but maintained its commitment to deliver the best service to its patrons once it is fully operational.
