Meet Tonino Gonzaga, who knows the play both in the stock exchange and in the hard court.
The newest recruit of the Meralco Bolts for PBA’s 3×3 competition is not a full-time basketball player. When he’s not busy doing drills and sinking two’s and three’s, Gonzaga is actually riding the peaks and troughs of local and global stocks.
According to his Twitter page, Gonzaga is an equity trader and portfolio manager for both the Philippines and US COL Financial units.
Prior to COL, he worked for the Bank of the Philippine Islands and for Smart e-Money.
Gonzaga’s making it rain — either through the basket or through investor profits.
