Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) has formally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission its prospectus covering the sale of up to P10 billion in fixed-rate retail bonds
This would be the second tranche of a P30 billion shelf registration program approved by the SEC and follows the first issuance in November 2020 which raised P8.1 billion.
The bonds have a maturity of four years to 6 years
FLI has mandated BDO Capital & Investment Corp., BPI Capital Corp., China Bank Capital Corp. East West Banking Corp., First Metro Investment Corp., RCBC Capital Corp. and SB Capital Investment Corp. as lead underwriters and bookrunners for the issue.
The company used the P8.1 billion raised from the issuance to expand its recurring income portfolio.
