Ayala Land spends P8B for 41 property projects in Q3

Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) has disbursed P7.893 billion in fresh funds to bankroll its office, residential, mall, hotel and logistics projects in the third quarter of 2021.

ALI still has P809 million remaining from the funds it raised from the P12.34 billion AREIT initial public offering and P1.16 billion sale of Teleperformance Cebu.

The projects that benefited from ALI’s spending from July to September 2021 (including additional disbursements in the first half) are:
