A veteran officer of Philippine Business Bank has resigned from the savings bank owned by bilyonaryo Alfredo Yao.
Roselle M. Baltazar has resigned due to “personal reasons” as first vice president, assistant controller and head of operations and control group effective October 31.
The Divine Word College alumna has been with the bank since 2001 or four years after it was formed by Yao to serve small and medium enterprises.
“The board of directors expressed its appreciation and gratitude to Ms. Baltazar for her twenty-two years of utmost dedication and service to the bank,” said PBB.
PBB has named vice president and general accounting center head as officer-in-charge of Baltazar’s posts.
