Bilyonaryo Lucio Tan has nominated his daughter, Sheila Tan Pascual, as one of three new directors of PAL Holdings, the parent of bankrupt Philippine Airlines.

Pascual will take over the seat vacated by Tan’s son-in-law, Joseph Chua, who has been ejected from the family business empire.
Pascual, a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University, is currently a director of Tan’s Philippine National Bank and a marketing and development officer of Allied Banking Corp. (Hong Kong) Ltd.

Aside from Pascual, the new faces on PAL Holdings’ board are lawyer Bienvenido E. Laguesma and Jerome Su Tan (both are independent directors). The firm will hold its annual stockholders’ meeting on November 25.
Aside from Tan, the other members of PAL Holdings’ board are his wife Carmen K. Tan, grandson Lucio C. Tan III, PAL president and COO Gilbert Sta. Maria, All Nippon Airways president and CEO ,Junichiro Miyagawa, and Johnip G. Cua.
