The Philippine Stock Exchange has suspended trading of Boulevard Holdings Inc. (BHI) led by businessman Jocel Panlilio after the real estate developer failed to submit its 2021 annual report.
The PSE suspended BHI on October 14 or six days after it warned management of the automatic suspension if it failed to submit its audited financial statement ending May 2021 on or before October 13.
BHI admitted that it would not be able to meet the deadline because its audit was still ongoing. BHI expected to submit its annual report by the first week of November 2021.
