Find out how Ayala Land spent P1.16B raised from the sale of BPO Teleperformance Cebu

Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) bankrolled 13 real estate projects July to October 2021 using the P1.16 billion proceeds from the sale of its BPO firm, Teleperformance Cebu, to AREIT a year ago.

In a report to the Philippine Stock Exchange, ALI said it has fully reinvested the Teleperformance profits as of October 6 this year.

ALI issued P1.058 billion loans to four projects of its subsidiaries Amaia and Avida Land. The balance of P101.3 million was used for progress billings and invoices.

This is the breakdown of ALI’s spending:

1) Avida Towers Riala T1-T5 P226.59 million – residential condominium in Cebu IT Park.

2) Serin East Tagaytay T1-T4 P224.9 million – residential development in Tagaytay City.

3) Avida Towers Makati Southpoint T1 P216.77 million – high rise near EDSA Makati.

4) Avida Atria S1 & T1-T4 P114.5 million – residential condominium in Atria, Iloilo.

5) Avida Towers Verge T1 P109.48 million – high rise development near EDSA Mandaluyong.

6) Avida One Antonio P72.66 million – residential development in Makati.

7) Tryne Enterprise Plaza P52.49 million – three-tower office project in ARCA South.

8) Avida Towers Sucat T9 P45 million – residential condominium in Paranaque.

9) Amaia Skies Shaw T2 P28 million – residential development near EDSA Mandaluyong.

10) Avida Towers Sola T1-T3 P24.58 million -residential condominium in Vertis, Quezon City.

11) Avida Towers Vireo Towers 1-3 P23.8 million – residential condominium in Arca South

12) Avida Towers Asten T3 P20.8 million – residential condominium in Makati.

13) Ayala Triangle Garden 2 P431,194 40-storey premium office for lease development.
