Chef Tatung Sarthou recently took on the challenge of preparing dishes for persons suffering from diabetes through his Simpol vlog.
The challenge required the award winning chef and bestselling book author to use special ingredients that are diabetic friendly.
He was given only 30 minutes to prepare the dishes and select the ingredients with a random pick.
For his main ingredient, he picked out shrimp, broccoli, spinach, potato, kangkong and carrots.
