Rocelle Siay told Raffy Tulfo Monday (July 19) that she plans to file charges of grave threats against Timmy.
She, however, admitted that she fears for her life after exposing the younger Tan’s alleged maltreatment.
“Willing po akong sampahan siya ng kaso. Hindi po ako magpapa-areglo katulad ng iniisip ng marami na pera-pera lang at uurong ako, hindi po ganon,” Siay said on Tulfo’s radio show, “Wanted sa Radyo.”
Siay said a number of parties have reached out to her to settle with Timmy, including a barangay official she wants her boss to face the full force of the law.
The maid recorded Timmy on her cellphone threatening to shoot her when he got mad over the meal she cooked for his girlfriend.
Siay said she cooked hotdogs for Timmy’s girlfriend to eat for dinner because she didn’t like meat.
She said her boss wanted his girlfriend to eat leftovers from his earlier meals with other girlfriends who visited his house.
Tulfo has vowed to help Siay pursue the case against Timmy and offered her legal assistance. The younger Tan retaliated against his maid by filing cyber libel charges against her.
The broadcaster also appealed to his 21-million strong supporters to back Siay in her legal battle against the Tan scion.
