The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) has suspended trading of Manila Jockey Club stocks controlled by bilyonaryo Alfonso “Boy” Reyno.

The PSE stopped trading of shares of Manila Jockey Club, Inc. (MJC) and MJC Investments Corp. (MJIC) on July 2 for failing to submit their respective 2020 annual reports and quarterly reports ending March 2021 even after getting a deadline extension for compliance.

MJC, one of the oldest horse racing clubs in Asia, runs the San Lazaro racetrack and leisure park in Carmona, Cavite.

MJIC owns the 7,510-square meter lot in Sta. Cruz, Manila which used to be part of the San Lazaro hippodrome. It has been redeveloped into a hotel and entertainment complex.
