In a Facebook post, the Dennis Uy-owned telco blamed the service interruption on “maintenance and improvements.
“Please be informed that our services in some areas of Quezon City are currently unavailable due to maintenance and improvements. We are working to restore our services as soon as possible,” Dito said.
“We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured that we are doing all that we can to provide the best DITO experience for you,” the telco added.
Some subscribers, however, claim to be experiencing service interruptions even if they’re not in Quezon City.
“They finally released advisory. But Parañaque and other Areas aren’t included while these areas experiencing some NO SERVICE issue since June 29,” one commenter said.
Others reported connectivity issues in Davao and Cebu as well.
“Cebu din affected kami dito. Hindi masyado makapaglaro ng ML dahil yellow pin palagi. Sana maayos ito ng mabilisan SALAMAT PO,” added another Facebook user.
