Half a million Filipinos have signed up for Dito Telecommunity two months since its commercial launch on March 8.
The telco’s CEO, Dennis Uy, proudly shared Monday (May 17) that Dito already has over 500,000 subscribers.
With the expansion to Metro Manila, Uy said Dito expects even more customers to sign up and get their SIM cards –– even though their services are not fully compatible with other phones.
Dito services are now available in more than 100 cities and municipalities in the country. Uy said the telco is on track to fulfill its longer-term service commitments and internet speeds.
