Daniel Dy, son of chairman and billionaire Frederick Dy, will assume the seat of his aunt, Vice Chairman Anastasia Dy, a member of the bank’s board since 1996.

Billionaire Philip Ang, Vice Chairman of Nickel Asia, is also stepping down after 41 years on the bank’s board.

Another long-serving director, James K. Hung, is departing from the bank’s board. He has been a member since 1990 and serves as Chairman of Asia Securities Global Group and Director of Templeton Investment Fund.
