Former ABS-CBN chief digital officer joins Dennis Uy’s telco and media arm

Udenna Group announced Wednesday the appointment of Donald Lim as COO of its communications, media and entertainment outfit DITO CME.

Lim previously served as the chief digital officer of ABS-CBN before joining Dentsu Aegis Network Philippines as CEO in February 2017.

His appointment takes effect on Feb.1.

Lim was also named as chief innovation officer of the Udenna group, which has interests in energy, logistics, real estate and restaurants.

“We are thrilled to welcome Donald to the Group. With his wealth of experience and strong values, we are confident he will make an outstanding leader for our digital and innovation efforts, which are very critical in enabling us to improve the lives of our customers not just today, but in the future,” Udenna Group chairman Dennis Uy said in a statement.

Lim brings with him close to 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions.
He preciously served as the chief innovation officer of McCann Worldgroup Philippines.
