The driver and security aide of the late businessman Dominic Sytin testified in court that Edgardo Luib was the man who shot him and his boss in Subic last year.
Efren Espartero was presented as a witness to the murder of Sytin, the founder and CEO of United Auctioneers Inc.
Luib pleaded guilty of the crime and dragged Sytin’s brother Dennis as the mastermind who hired him for the job.
