The richest Filipino, Manny Villar, was the biggest gainer with 11 percent to $6.1 billion in April 2019 from $5.5 billion in March 2019.

Hot on his heels is ports and casino tycoon Ricky Razon, up 10.4 percent to $5.3 billion in April from $4.8 billion the month before.
