Revolution Precrafted Inc., a unicorn startup that builds prefabricated properties, is on a roll.
Owned by real estate developer and art collector Robbie Antonio, Revolution Precrafted is bent on further expanding its footprint overseas as it signed an agreement with Spanish realty firm Neinor Homes.
The deal, which is expected to revolutionise house-building in Spain, will initially involve two projects in Navarra and Castellon.
Neinor Homes aims to build 3,500 to 4,000 homes every year by 2020. Its land portfolio consists of 185 lots with a total of 12,000 build able units in Madrid, Catalonia, Balearic islands and Andalusia.
Revolution Precrafted has projects in the Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Trinidad, Guyana, Jamaica, Bahamas and Bahrain.
