Being the big boss of the one of the country’s biggest and most diversified corporations, bilyonaryo Ramon S. Ang has to deal with a myriad of people from the lowliest employee to fellow titans of industry to powerful government officials.
Ang recently shared with Far Eastern University graduates what he has “armed myself with in dealing with people”:

2) Know how to keep a secret

4) Be decisive

6) Nothing is impossible
7) Believe in a bigger purpose
“I am an FEU graduate of Mechanical Engineering forty years ago.Today I run San Miguel, the biggest conglomerate in the Philippines,” said Ang who was conferred the degree of Doctor of Business Engineering Honoris Causa.
