Ayala-led Manila Water Co. Inc. bagged a 25-year contract to build, operate and finance water facilities in Balagtas, Bulacan.
The project, estimated to cost over P400 million, is expected to deliver 22 million liters of water per day by year 25.
It will be in partnership with the Balagtas Water District.
