Aside from his mom, NCAA 93 finals hero Robert Bolick went out of his way to give praise to bilyonaryo Manny V. Pangilinan for giving him the break to reach his full potential from bench warmer to arguably the country?s best college player.

?Thank you boss MVP for coming here, thank you so much,? said Bolick during a post-game interview after he led the San Beda Red Lions to a sweep of the Lyceum Pirates in the NCAA seniors basketball finals at the Araneta coliseum.

Just minutes after the final buzzer, Bolick ran courtside to Pangilinan, who was seated beside for PBA legend Benjie Paras, to personally thank his patron who opened the doors to find his ?beast mode.?

Before Pangilinan took him into San Beda?s basketball program, Bolick was a second-tier player at De La Salle University where he was known more as a defender than a shooter. Since switching schools, Bolick showed he was a real ?MVP? with dagger shots in Games 1 and 2.

Pangilinan lauded the Red Lions on Twitter:
