Ramon Ang not worried about Communists in Cabinet: They’d most likely be UP graduates and our countrymen

Bilyonaryo Ramon Ang is not losing sleep over President-elect Rodrigo Duterte’s plan to allocate four Cabinet positions to Joma Sison and his Communist Party of the Philippines.

Ang, president and chief operating officer of San Miguel Corp., said: “Kahit sinong grupo pa yun, Pilipino pa rin ma-appoint. memo Most likely, UP (University of the Philippines) graduate yun, kababayan natin yun.”

Ang was interviewed by CNN Philippines during San Miguel’s stockholder’s meeting.

Duterte announced that he would give his former Lyceum Philippines University professor Sison and CPP four Cabinet positions – Department of Agrarian Reform, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Department of Social Welfare and Development, and Department of Labor and Employment.
