Listed Filinvest Land Inc, of the late Bilyonaryo Andrew Gotianun expects to sustain the double-digit growth in earnings last year with the launch of new residential projects this year.
Filinvest Land president and CEO Josephine Gotianun Yap said the property developer is set to launch projects that address the needs of its core markets which are the first time home buyers and ultimate end- users to ensure growth in the residential sales business.
?We are confident that we will be able to sustain FLI?s growth momentum in 2016 as we launch new residential projects and complete our planned office and retail buildings,? Yap said.
She added Filinvest Land is on-track with its plans to triple the gross leasable area of its rental assets by the end of 2019.
The real estate subsidiary of the Gotianun family booked an 11 percent increase in consolidated net income to P5.1 billion in 2015 from P4.61 billion in 2014.
Its consolidated revenues grew seven percent to P18.3 billion from P17.06 billion on continued strong demand for its BPO office space as well as the growth in revenues recognized from its residential sales business.
