Companies participate by raising funds for projects targeted for Filipino children. They raise money by collecting one-hour?s worth of annual salary from every individual earner.

Sun Life Philippines was also honored in the event for its “ambitious and extraordinary” plan to build 120 classrooms in areas devastated bySupertyphoon “Yolanda.” The foundation helped Sun Life accomplish half of its goals.
