MANILA, Philippines ? The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) remains bullish on the country?s exports prospects despite a decline in outbound shipments in January, its 10th consecutive month on the downtrend.

Exports are seen to grow between eight and nine percent this year, the DTI said.
