Social media is all alight with the ?big fire which gutted the Pool Club at the Palace on 9th Avenue and 36th Street inBonifacio Global City Sunday, 31 January 2016.
Actual photos of a huge smoke coming from the Palace are spreading like wildfire on Facebook and Instagram with its origin and damage the subject of a guessing game between Netizens.
Here are some of them:
The big question is why isn’t this big fire in the country’s premiere happening place ain’t on TV or any news website?
The Pool Club, a Miami style pool-side hangout, is just one of the Palace’s outlets in the same block which include Valkyrie Nightclub, ?Revel Room, Brewery, and Light Caf?. So you can just imagine the panic and hassle of the big late night crowd when they were forced to rush out of the building.
In a column by the Inquirer’s Maurice Arcache, The Palace is owned by a group led by Erik Cua with Kim Yao, Stephen Ku, Neil Arce and Pam Solilapsi among the identified partners. The son of a Bilyonaryo and a top executive of a major corporation are also reportedly among those bankrolling the fast-expanding club empire behind Embassy, Members Only,Prive, Aracama, 71 Gramercy, 12 Monkeys and Draft.
